Description:
We are looking for a smart candidate with at least 3+ years of experience in Flash, JavaScript, server-side programming languages (JAVA, .NET, Perl) and object-oriented programming. The candidate must be a fast learner and be proficient in the following technologies in order of priority:

Technical Skills:
  • Flash/Action Script
  • HTML/JavaScript
  • Strong Object-Oriented design and analysis
  • Knowledge of SQL and databases
  • TCP/IP and general knowledge of network protocols
  • Familiarity with the following protocols: RTSP, MMS, ASX, etc
  • Familiarity with video players, such as: Windows Media, Real Media, Q Time

    Non-technical requirements
  • A proven record of completing large development projects on time and with a high degree of quality
  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment
  • Must be bale to work under tight dead lines and be self directed

    The following will be a plus:
  • Microsoft .NET
  • Experience writing desktop software using MVC design pattern

    Technical Skills as a plus:
    The candidate should be proficient in the following programming languages in the order of priority
  • Java
  • AS3/Flex/AIR
  • Flash media server/multiplayer games
  • SQL (Oracle is a plus)
  • Familiarity with mobile protocols, such as WAP

    Big Pluses
  • Knowledge of vide/audio streaming technologies
  • Experience developing desktop application
