Robert Half Technology is currently looking for a Level 1 Helpdesk/Desktop Support consultant for our financial Fortune 500 company . The Helpdesk/Desktop Support consultant will be responsible for day to day end user support and troubleshooting. Entry level Help Desk consultants who have communication skills and interested in working a 3 month assignment should apply.

Experience: Qualified Helpdesk/Desktop Support consultants with the following experience should apply:
6 months + experience in the following area's:
MS office, Lotus Notes, Win XP Trouble Shooting, HP Printer Support, Blackberry/PDA Support, Videoconferencing (Polycom), Projector setups and General Hardware Troubleshooting for Desktops and laptops.
