We are looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist who is available to start a new, great opportunity immediately. This is a contract position with strong potential to go to a permanent position. The Help Desk Analyst must be a quick thinker and learner, someone that is comfortable working in a team as well as working alone. Our client wants a Help Desk Support Specialist that can assist the end user in walking them through issues and teaching them along the way. Very good communication skills are required for this position. The Help Desk Analyst must exhibit his/her technical expertise in the environment but must also possess great people skills in training the end users on dealing with future issues. The Helpdesk Support Technician will provide phone support for 250 user Windows XP-based Environment as well as work with Active Directory.

Experience: <font size=4 color=red><b>QUALIFICATIONS: </font><br><br></b>
Knowledge and Experience in the following is required:<br><br>

&#149; Experience working as a Help Desk Analyst<br>
&#149; Experience providing phone support<br>
&#149; Excellent costumer support skills<br>
&#149; Advanced knowledge and ability to troubleshoot Windows 2000/XP operating systems<br>
&#149; Must have experience working with Active Directory.<br>
&#149; Must have working experience with MS Server and Exchange 2000/2003<br>
&#149; Extensive understanding of MS Office 2000/2003 applications.<br>
&#149; Advanced knowledge of remote access applications and troubleshooting.<br>
&#149; Proven computer hardware troubleshooting experience.<br>
&#149; Knowledge of Citrix, Palm Pilots, and Blackberry devices and BES and software.<br>
&#149; Experience troubleshooting Printers (both network and stand alones).<br><br>
