Basic Function:Position is responsible for preparing reports to investors and mortgage insurance companies.Responsibilities:- Responsible for monthly default reporting to investors and mortgage insurance companies- Produce standard and ad hoc departmental reports and spreadsheets- Respond to investor updates as needed- As new investor requirements are published review and assist in implementing to make sure the Bank is compliant- Ensure as new investors are added that reports are updated- Perform other assignments/projects as requested by managementBasic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in related technical field or 5-7 years related work experience- One to three years departmental or bank experience- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Access, Word and Crystal Reports- Strong knowledge of mainframe and web based applications- Strong data interpretation skillsIdeal Qualifications:- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel- Ability to work independently- Proven attention to detail - Strong organizational skills
