The candidate must demonstrate a working knowledge of SQL database design, includingbut not limited to development and maintenance of stored procs and DTS packages.
He/She must be able to dempnstrate a stronge team focus since this position requires
working in a team environment to maintain and develop enhancements (analyze and
develop) to web based applications which interface to SQL data. The assignment requires
the candidate to have a strong technical background with a minimum of 4 years developing
database driven web applications. The candidate must possess good verbal and written
communication skills in the English language. Required skills include: SQL Server,
complex SQL queries, Stored procs and DTS Visual Studio, JavaScript, VBScript,
and Visual Basic in the DotNet environment Web design and development with IIS/ASP
Microsoft Active Server Pages (ASP) programming Microsoft SQL-Server programming
Additional Skills (Skills that are a plus, but not required) Knowledge / experience
working with SVG Ability to utilize the Ajax techniques in the Web application Assignment
Candidates main responsiblity will be the subject application. He / She will also
be required to provide support to other applications and efforts as directed by
the responsible manager and will be interfacing with our buisness users.
