Technician will assist with Lab and Pilot Plant Scale experiments to support thedevelopment of new products,quality improvements,productivity and novel technology,
The individual works closely with product development scientists to evaluate formualations,
ingredients,processes, etc. General responsibilities include: lab and pilot plant
prototype preparation,data collection routine analytical testing and sample submission,equipment
setup,material procurement and inventory management. Coordination of departmental
Pilot Plant activities with product developers and the Pilot Plant Team. The successful
candidate must be flexible to changing timelines,able to t hink creatively,problem
solve and suggest alternate solutions. Organize and summarize project results through
verbal and written communications, have solid math and computer skills, strong problem
solving.
