SMARTSOURCE is currently searching for a Process Analyst for a 6 month project in Horsehead, NY
Job Type: contract
Duration: 6 months
Location: Horsehead, NY 14845
Candidates must have the following qualifications:
. Experience conducting process reviews
. A good understanding of process and data management issues
. Demonstrated ability to analyze current state, identify opportunities and manage change
. Very good interpersonal and communication skills
. Strong team player
. Strong facilitation skills
The ideal candidate will also have:
. Experience working in a project-based environment
. Expertise in a variety of development and modeling tools
. Experience in large complex infrastructure projects
. As-Is processes will be defined and evaluated including:
. Routine tasks, including triggers and key hand-off points
. Timelines and interrelated activities
. Communication between mapping groups (Calgary & Horseheads) and internal customers
. Interaction and responsibilities of external contractors
. Planning and scheduling
. Data acquisition, sources, availability, management and maintenance
. Key Performance Indicators - analysis and implement improvements
. To-Be processes will be created with Business Requirements and Process Documentation to support the To-Be processes
