The Development Team Lead will oversee 3-7 off-shore software engineers developing front-end and back-office applications for the main-product line. S/he will provide direction, leadership, design and review while participating in hands-on development.WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: ** Bachelors degree in science, engineering or computer science or equivalent related experience.** 3-7 years of experience as a software developer, including experience leading small teams.** Experience using a disciplined development process, ideally a short-cycle agile process.** Experience developing multi-tier web applications for demanding end-users.** Experience with one or more of the following strongly preferred: e-commerce, payment systems, auction systems, fraud detection, Windows based client-side applications.REQUISITE SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: ** Tools ** Experience C#/.Net required, Knowledge of PHP, C/C++ a plus** Solid knowledge of databases is required, ideally MS-SQL** Deadline driven, with the ability to estimate and manage scope, and multi-task multiple priorities** Self directed, internally motivated, able to deliver results with limited direction** Strong documentation skills and detail orientated ** Self directed, internally motivatedCompensation includes a base salary of $105-120K, bonus, stock options and benefits.Send resume to
