Base Qualifications-
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Three to five years solid pc-based system experience.
- Excellent analytical, verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to be on-call and work over-time (as needed).
Basic Function---
Supports Treasury Management & Merchant products and services. Provides migration support for tasks and issue resolution. Supports day-to-day responsibilities associated with customer migrations and client testing needs.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for completion of migration tasks.
- Responsible for merging client setups on CashStar.
- Aids in research and resolution of setup issues.
- Provide support with client testing, including documentation and testing tasks.
- Required to handle multiple tasks and assignments.
- Completion of various activity reports i.e.(weekly and monthly installation/trouble shooting report and onsite installation charge billing report).
Experience: Ideal Qualifications
- Knowledge of Treasury management and Merchant products, services and procedures.
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
