Project, Process and Methodology Compliance: Experience with industry standard process/methodologiessuch as PMP, CMMI, Six Sigma, Root-Cause Analysis, Change Management, Work Intake,
As-Is modeling. Successful candidate will have a mix of skills in this area and
apply them to lead the Corporate Systems group to successful utilization of internal
processes and ultimately increased efficiencies in the areas of Process and Project
Management. Systems Support: Thorough knowledge of business applications/software
with a preferred niche of Finance Systems. In depth understanding of client/server
technologies, Citrix (helpful) and overall Windows/Intel/Networked enviornments.
Although a hands-on technical specialist is not a strict requirement, candidates
should have more than a passing knowledge of these items. Individual will be providing
some amount of application support and will also be instrumental in evaluating
new technologies solutions and on-boarding new systems into the group. This role
requires an attitude of IT as a support service there will be heavy customer engagement
with a wide array of business partners from junior to the most senior. Expectation
management and solicitation of customer feedback will be key. Additional value added
skills are: -Polished communications skills -Client and Expectation Management -Service
Orientated Approach -Superior technology troubleshooting methodologies -A plus is
direct experience with Financial applications such as Hyperion or TMS Quantum. -Negotiation
and Diplomacy skills must be able to work manage in a matrix -Position requires
availability for increased support levels around financial close periods Requirements:
-Demonstrated leadership abilities. -Self-starter and proactive strategist. -Strong
familiarity with project methodologies and standardized processes. -Past managerial/supervisory
experience a plus (although this position will not manage). -Education/Experience
in Finance helpful. -Customer Service oriented attitude. -Able to manage multiple
priorities in a high paced work environment.
