1. To liaise with the relevant web service owners and the IT Department to ensure that all new product developments progresses in line with the business plan. This is achieved by:<br>
a. Working with service owners to discover & document product requirements using Use Cases, Prototypes and Story Boards<br>
b. Liaising with the IT development team to ensure that the User Stories are correctly understood and implemented<p>
2. Organise and participate in User Acceptance Testing the completed development identifying passes, failures and unexpected results & document those results<br>
3. Conduct User Prototyping sessions with the Editorial staff demonstrating new system features<br>
4. Assist with other project/business analysis tasks as required by the Project Manager<br>
5. The successful candidate will have the ability to perform to high standards for a sustainable period of time. Able to think outside the box <br>
6. Agree and document joint assumptions on the nature of the engagement to enable delivery of time/cost estimates<br>
7. Work with the product management function to ensure that the Roadmaps are up to date and communicate those roadmaps to the web service owners.<p>

Experience: • Extensive experience of the key Business Analyst skill set (process mapping; requirements capture and analysis; data analysis).<br>
• Extensive experience of stakeholder management backed up with good communication and analytical skills.<br>
• Experience of working with website development teams or content publishers.<br>
• Experience of working on multiple projects at the same time with clear evidence of delivering IT solutions to agreed timescales, as well as cost and quality constraints.<br>
• Good understanding of web technologies<p>
