As a Director of Technical Sales, you will: <br><br>
*Use your proven recruiting and/or Sales Management background to help expand our existing footprint on Long Island by spearheading the day-to-day operations and strategy of multiple distinct contract/freelance staffing focused P&Ls. <br><br>
*The Director of Technical Sales will work in conjunction with the Regional Manager to generate an annual budget and corresponding business plan to achieve budgetary growth goals. <br><br>

Experience: *Experience driving YOY Branch Sales Revenue growth. <br><br>
*Experience managing either consulting services or full-time focused technology / creative services recruitment staff strongly preferred, although not required.<br><br>
*Proven track record of successfully exceeding personal production quotas in either technical / creative recruitment or other sales industries a must. <br><br>
*Experience hiring, coaching, mentoring, developing, and retaining recruitment or sales staff a must.<br><br>
*A track record of participating in networking organizations and events is strongly desired. <br><br>
*Ability to strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals and provide back-up support to teammates as needed, such as direct client interaction to qualify requirements or attend initial client visits with the sales team. <br><br>
