Our client, a well-known Insurance firm, is currently seeking experienced, professional Collections Representatives. The right candidate will be well- spoken and able to professionally communicate with clients to collect delinquent fees and maintain a business relationship. This is a temporary assignment in their office in downtown Brooklyn.
Duties will include:
Securing payments on delinquent accounts by contacting clients over the phone, correspondence or personal contact; Allocating cash from lockbox and post wires, working closely with brokers and Underwriting teams on stand alone cash transactions and premium disputes.
Experience: Previous experience in Collections is a MUST.
