Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Lead to manage the implementation and provide ongoing support for the client’s global SAP rollout. The successful candidate will serve as the key point of contact for all Finance business users. Partnering with Finance business users, the Finance Solutions Project Leader will manage and implement Finance projects, manage the maintenance and support of Financial applications, and ensure a secure, error-free and efficient operations environment. <p>
<b/>Primary job functions will include:</b><p>
• Create and maintain project plans for all Finance projects such as software customizations, upgrades, implementation of new modules, new business functions.<br>
• Enforce proper testing methodology & develop tests scripts in partnership with the key business users.<br>
• Define and apply the security policy related to these applications.<br>
• Extensively document all projects, processes and technical configurations.<br>
• Document the business processes and associated IT processes.<br>
• Provide management status reporting for all projects.<p>

Experience: • 3-5 years of progressively increasing responsibilities in IT industry. <br>
• 1-3 years experience in Financial systems applications. <br>
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in computer science related field. <br>
• Strong project management skills - PMP certification a plus.<br>
• Excellent written and oral communications skills. <br>
• Ability to work with little supervision and report accordingly. <br>
• Overall Knowledge of Financial processes. <br>
• Experience with SAP financial modules.<br>
• Knowledge of Retail industry a plus.<p>
