• Manage all aspects of LAN/PC technology including the maintenance of the network and email system for local and remote users, including maintaining off-site backups, determination of system sizing requirements and the implementation of LAN/PC policies and procedures.<p>
• Continually evaluate company-wide computer needs, determine requirements and execute plans to meet those needs. This includes, but is not limited to, the selection, purchasing and deployment of all computer equipment and peripherals.<p>
• Manage PC and Apple MAC systems including, but not limited to, installation of hardware including Network Cards, CD-ROMs, Sound Cards, Monitors, Hard Disks, and new PC setups. Installation of software including Microsoft and MAC Operating systems and applications, and McAfee Anti-Virus. Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware problems and providing timely resolution. <p>
• End user support including facilitating end user proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut and After Effects including, but not limited to: recommending training programs, and providing solutions and answers to end user software inquiries.<p>

Experience: Degree/certification in PC/Network Administration or equivalent years of experience<br>
• 2-3 years experience with computers/telco support with strong knowledge of hardware, software and network functions<p><b>
• Proficiency with MS Windows 2003 active directory, NT and Apple MAC OS X Operating Systems.<p>
• Proficiency in PC software programs (Microsoft Office 2003 Professional suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut and After Effects)<p>
• Proficiency in PC software programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</b><p>
• Strong project and resource management skills <br>
• Ability to positively influence people both internally and externally<br>
• Knowledge of Final Cut HD 5.1.4 or Protools 7.4 is a plus.<p>
