Experience: •Development of end-to-end projects using both Java backend and web technologies <br><br>
•Responsible for both the creation and implementation of application’s technical roadmap<br><br>
•Technical guidance and code reviews with the team members on the ongoing projects <br><br>
•Project/task estimation <br><br>
•Strong attention to detail; passion for technology, challenging environments and excellence<br><br>
•Ability to work with a team and between teams<br><br>
•Troubleshooting skills<br><br>
•Work with the following technologies: Java, Spring, JSP, MySQL, Tomcat, Lucene, Javascript, Ant/Ivy, CVS<br><br>

Qualifications:<br><br>
•10+ years of large scale, full lifecycle development experience, preferably at high-volume internet companies<br><br>
•7+ years of designing web applications using Java and web related technologies, strong emphasize on data and OO modeling <br><br>
•Extensive experience in design and implementation of large-scale server software with particular attention to security, scalability and high performance, e.g.: data grid systems, clustered memory solutions, etc.<br><br>
•Experience with major database system such as Oracle, SQL Server, experience with MySql a plus <br><br>
•BS in Computer Science or related field <br><br>
•Masters in Computer Science or Computer Engineering a plus<br><br>
•Degree from a highly reputable technical school a plus<br><br>
