Our client seeks two support technicians to provide technical and system management support for a secure web portal in Martinsburg, WV. The candidate will provide tech support in a multi-server, networked environment. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, have hands on experience with basic networking and TCPIP and LAN and ethernet basics.
