Job Title: Functional Analyst
Reports To: Project Manager - Work Force Management
Key Interactions: WFM Team, Vendor Team, Store Ops, Store Finance, IS
Position Overview: This position is responsible for researching, determining, and driving business decisions that will shape the core workforce processes for Ann Taylor related to the new labor scheduling software system that is currently being implemented.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Drive business process decisions which will result in a fully comprehensive workforce management system
Complete configuration, evaluation and gap analysis
Support training and development efforts around the new systems and processes to include: develop education content, determine tools needed for implementation, and define tools needed for ongoing educational support.
Support pilot procedure development and feedback process
Participate in the development of the test plan and scripts
Support the rollout of the new software system and process to all stores in the Ann Taylor Corporation
Work closely with the software vendor team to ensure the system is customized around Ann Taylor?s needs
Position Requirements:
Previous project experience specifically utilizing automated labor scheduling systems
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proven ability to work across multiple projects at once
Strong self-confidence with excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to ?think outside of the box?
