Job Title: Analyst, Strategic Operations

Position Overview:

Conduct complex market and internal data analysis to support strategic sourcing projects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of sourcing projects




Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Collect data for strategic sourcing projects, including supplier and supply market information, internal spend and spec information, data on usage and performance of goods/services and industry benchmarks

Perform complex data analysis and build cost models (i.e. ROI,NPV, supplier scorecards, internal vs. outsource)

Analyze supplier responses to RFIs and RFPs against both a quantitative and qualitative criteria

Identify new supply sources

Assist with formulating sourcing strategies and tactics

High level of focus and involvement throughout entire duration of projects (RFP research and development through contract completion)






Position Requirements:

1- 2 years experience in either supply chain (i.e. procurement), finance, or project management

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Proven ability to work across multiple projects at once

Strong self-confidence with excellent interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to ?think outside of the box?
