Our Client located in New York City has a full-time opportunity for a Associate Product Strategist. Great company and work environment. The ideal candidate will have good experience with PeopleSoft CRM and a good understanding of business processes. The candidate will help manage and develop the CRM tool used to manage customer relationships, as well as, help implement strategic CRM enhancement initiatives to support objectives. Must be able to communicate well with the technical team in order to act and respond quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must! Manage maintenance and enhancement development associated with the InSite system, clients CRM application which is a PeopleSoft CRM system including the Sales, Order Capture, Services Management, and Support modules. This includes global coordination with end users for issue resolution, requirements gathering, design iteration, and training of new functionality. The Strategist will become an expert on business processes in order to guide the user community in their participation in designing enhancements and resolving day to day issues. The Strategist will work closely with the Software Engineers to execute the implementation of changes and enhancements. Tasks will include requirements and design documentation, review of system test plans, designing UAT plans and assisting end users with performing UAT. The job includes global responsibilities including the Americas, Europe, and Asia.Qualifications:Strategic thinking. Experience managing business process improvements. Flexibility and prioritization skills. Strong quantitative and analytic skills (including intermediate knowledge of Excel and Access and relational database queries). Strong verbal and written skills, as well as high level of confidence interacting with business professionals at all levels. Experience with People Soft CRM preferred (Sales, Order Capture, and Support modules), experience with CRM package systems in general a must. Bachelors degree with 4-5 years relevant work experience a must. MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
