Mandatory Requirements
Note: Candidates not meeting the following mandatory requirements will not be considered for further evaluation:
1. Associate's Degree.
2. Two (2) or more years experience performing development work in one or more of the following specialty areas: Windows NT, Client Server, Visual Basic, GUI, C++.
Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions
1. Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Five (5) or more years experience designing and articulating GIS solutions based on documented business processes, rules and user requirements with Three (3) or more years of the experience having worked with users in the human services arena.
3. Five (5) or more years experience writing stored procedures and demonstrated experience designing large complex enterprise SQL Server and/or Oracle database(s) for spatial data. Five (5) or more years experience using spatial packages (Oracle Spatial, MapInfo Spatial Ware, ESRI-SDE, etc.) within RDBMS with preference given to Oracle Spatial.
