Summary of Position:



Serve as HSBC Technology & Services’ (HTS) Relationship Manager for the Commerical Middle Market Business (CMB). Provide the leadership and linkage between Business Strategy and Technology Solutions. This position will contribute to strategic and tactical Business imperatives by providing consultative services concerning current and future technical solutions. The incumbent is expected to provide premier customer service by providing daily consultative contributions in a client relationship management capacity.



Principal Accountabilities:



- Provide senior leadership and superior service levels to the CMB Business.

- Establish a strong partnership in order to provide excellent project and day to day delivery of system solutions.

- Oversee the identification of best-in-class service and related metrics. Manage the development of measurements for HTS. Regularly assess progress of CMB Service with peer HTS organizations.

- Contribute technical and business knowledge to ensure that projects are well-structured and delivery is executed properly.

- Lead efforts towards the dissemination and expansion of business knowledge to HTS employees.

- Ensure that all activities and projects follow established Compliance policies, including AML, Operational Risk and Audit policy.

- Complete other related duties as assigned. Provide management direction that fosters effective selection, deployment and measurement of HTS staff.

- Develop an environment that promotes a teamwork atmosphere, where staff are treated as partners and contributions to the Business are viewed as assertive and professional.

- Create innovative, continuous improvement solutions in the overall customer experience between CMB and HTS. Experience: - Minimum ten years of progressive management over information technology projects.
- Five years experience in Commerical Middle Market Banking environments. Commercial lending experience preferred.
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record exemplifying strong teamwork experience.
- Outstanding organization, project management, coaching, communication and analytical skills.
- Superior motivational, persuasion, leadership and professional approach skills.
- Sound understanding of CMB products and services.
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for CMB.
- Ability to credibly interact and communicate with Senior Management, within Business and Information Technology units.
