Required Skills
1) Experience with Hibernate, Spring and Velocity Templates.
2) Experience in front-end and server-based application development, preferably with BEA (All major Commercial Java Application Servers Considered).
3) Strong J2EE web applications design skills.
4) Experience leading J2EE customer facing web application projects (preferably eCommerce).
5) Ability to work in a fast paced development environment
6) Fluent in English (oral and written)
Nice to have skills:
1) BEA AquaLogic Commerce Services (ALCS), Agile development experience
2) Can develop supporting documentation and design artifacts
3) Experience in ECLIPSE-based tools
4) Knowledge of "Web 2.0" / AJAX like app dev (server support perspective)
5) Web Services, Knowledge of interactions with giving and taking feeds to / from external systems (SOA?)
6) AJAX DWR framework
7) Strong "can-do" work ethic
