We are currently looking for a Technology Consultant to join our team. This position involves day-to-day support of our client's networking and systems needs and implementation of new LAN/WAN and server projects. Candidate must have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1-3 years experience in technical support. A solid command of supporting Windows desktop environments including MS Office and other desktop applications is a must. Mac expertise is a plus. Candidate should also have a working knowledge of networking including setting up networks, troubleshooting connectivity problems, and some experience with wireless handhold's (BlackBerry, Treo, Smart Phones). An understanding of Windows servers including Exchange and backups is a plus.
Candidate must also have excellent communication skills (both oral and written), customer service skills and be a problem solver. Must be detail-oriented while able to see the big-picture. Candidate should have a high energy level, be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, and like to work hard & play hard. Must possess a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
Candidate will spend lots of face time with high-end, executive-level clientle on both the commercial and residential sides, and must be able to handle high-stress situations gracefully and juggle many projects at once. Should be able to work with little supervision, but enjoy working as part of a team.
