We are seeking multiple trade floor desktop support candidates to support build-out of workstations in a new mid-town facility for a major national banking organization. Members of the team will either:
(1) Walk the new building and install 25 stations per day for both Line of Business profiles and market data applications, or
(2) Provide desktop application support to the existing team of market data traders.
Experience: . 3 - 4 years experience in providing desktop application support for a financial institution.
. 1 - 2 years experience providing desktop application support for traders' Market Data applications such as Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.
. Personality and excellent communication skills are deciding factors in these positions.
. Must be a real "go-getter" with polished customer service skills.
