InterFusion Technology is seeking AS400 System Testers with the following skills:
Type of Project:
New Conversion: they have two in-house billing systems-they are consolidating the existing billing system.
%Technical/Functional:
More functional-they will not be writing code but they should have AS400 experience and should be able to do queries.
Must Have Skills:
Have experience doing formal written test plans
Have experience doing detailed test cases
Understand business requirement documents (know business)
Nice to Have Skills:
(Although these are under nice-to-have their almost a must)
Knowledge of telecomm - they use a lot of acronyms, like MRC, SEC and OCC
Understand telephony: customer care and billing
Heavy with PLANT (something with Inventory) - there is going to be heavy enhancements in the PLANT area.
So any experience would help . taxing, service order, etc.
Deliverables / Job Duties:
Do detailed test cases and then execute in AS400.
They will be doing two types of testing:
Regression testing
They have 20,000 hours of development that they have to test and confirm that it is running right.
Interview Date:
They are interviewing right now; they already confirmed one person to start this Monday.
