<b><u>Mac and PC Support Administrator </u></b> <br>

The Senior Mac and PC Support Administrator will work as a lead member of the Information Technology (IT) Department. Daily duties will be to provide on and off-site Mac and PC support for desktops and laptops. The ideal candidate will have strong network/systems knowledgeable to be the remote hands for Network and Server Support over and above the Desktop Support. Must also have experience with Windows Server and Exchange 2000/2003 but predominantly experienced Mac OS X Server and OS. This position is both Desktop Support and Systems Administration in a mixed environment. The opportunity for permanent employment with our client is very strong, the ideal candidate should be open to consulting and permanent positions. <br> <br>

Experience: <b>Skills and Experience </b>
- Experience in both Windows and Mac environments<br>
- Ability to work with Windows and Mac OS. <br>
- Strong experience with Mac Server and some experience with MS environment <br>
- Ability to troubleshoot NW related issues in a diverse environment <br>
- Experience configuring Mac with Active Directory <br>
- Ability to support Audio/Video Equipment <br>
- Remote support for Mac and PC environments <br>
- Mac Application support experience <br>
- Eager to assist in building the IT Support team for a growing organization <br>
- Strong communication and problem solving skills <br>
- Very proactive attitude with the ability to lead the IT Support team <br> <br>
