You must be a subject mater expert in fixed income
As a Senior Fixed Income Analyst, you will be part of our global Repo technology team and gain exposure to critical business functions including firm financing, trading, sales, and collateral management. You will gain knowledge of fixed income, equities, and loans instruments. Because of your group's unique position in the organization, you will have a broad view across multiple areas of our organization, and your business users will include Traders, Salespeople, Operations, Finance Control, and Corporate Treasury.
REPORTS TO: Manager of the Repo Technology Group
Duties/Responsibilities
Work with various business stakeholders to develop requirements and specifications for various funding technology initiatives requested by the Funding Desk, Corporate Treasury, and Funding Operations
Work with the teams in Repo technology and other technology groups to define flows for business initiatives and create effort estimates
Work with business to define high-level strategy around key initiatives like firm financing or trading flows and break down high-level strategy into doable requirements
Heavy interaction with business users, primarily Funding Desk and Funding Operations
Perform project management functions like managing scope, defining and driving a timeline, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, publishing project status reports, and managing risk

Experience: Required Background/Experience

5+ years of experience in business analysis or project management
Prior experience as a software developer or project manager
Fixed Income domain knowledge
