PeopleSoft HRMS Programmer Analyst in NEW YORK, NY

PeopleSoft Senior Developer/System Administrator (HRMS 8.8/8.4) responsible for development, system administration and support of PeopleSoft HRMS system.<p>


Bachelor&#146;s Degree or Master&#146;s Degree in related technical discipline and five+ years of relevant experience preferred<p>

Responsibilities:<br>
&#149; Perform programming for enhancements, maintenance, and support for the Global PeopleSoft HRMS module suite (PS 8.8/8.4)<br>
&#149; Project migration, apply patches and fixes, and operational support of the PS environment.<br>
&#149; Produce project documentation according to department standards<br>
&#149; Ensure that systems produced are efficient, robust, meet the business requirements defined, and are tested thoroughly<br>
&#149; Maintain, support, and enhance integration between PeopleSoft ERP and other systems.<br>
&#149; Work closely with functional/business analysts, Global system support team, System administrators on resolving any PeopleSoft related issues<br>
&#149; Participate in rotating on-call assignments<p>

Experience: Experience in development and support of PeopleSoft 8.x HRMS module (HR, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, eBenefits) <br>
Some experience in PeopleSoft System Administration<br>
5+ years of experience as a Programmer/Analyst using PeopleSoft<br>
Strong communication skills <br>
Good interpersonal skills<p>

Details:<br>
Development, Troubleshooting, Performance Tuning of PeopleSoft applications utilizing PeopleTools 8.4, Application Designer, App Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, PS Query/Crystal Reports, Component Interface<br>
Strong SQL development skills <br>
Good knowledge of relational database design principles<br>
Experience with MS SQL Server preferred<br>
Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, implementation of PeopleSoft patches and fixes<p>
