Responsible for the administration, support, maintenance, installation, system testing and training for the following systems:
• Contraxx (contract management software suite)
• Smeadlink (records management software suite)
• ADP / HR Perspective (payroll and benefits system)
• Recruitmax (applicant tracking system)
• Vendor Diversity Database (vendor tracking system)
• GIFTS (grant management system)
• Any additional system purchased or developed for the Administration division
• Ability to communicate complicated technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Ability to determine severity of system ‘problem’ and its effect on the completion of required tasks
• Ability to troubleshoot systems; communicate effectively with each system’s support center whether by phone, in meetings, or via online support
-5-10 years of systems administration experience on SQL based applications
-Experience with applications listed a plus but not required
-Experience with MS SQL Server database and MS Access administration preferred
-Experience in systems implementations, QA and business analysis a plus
