Strong candidates should have some C/C++ Development on Unix or Linux (should know OS well) as well as Unix scripting (Perl, ksh, bsh, csh, etc). Will consider both school and/or internship experience.
The position involves heavy client interaction and deployment/ integration of software at the client site. While this job does not require in depth programming abilities, some experience/understanding of programming or scripting is required. Must have good interpersonal skills to work with clients. If you are self-motivated and you are willing to commit yourself to learn a complex suite of applications, this is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in the brokerage industry and to use those skills to assume increasing responsibility in a technical role, a business role or a combination of both.
BS degree in Computer Science is required. Less than 1 year experience is fine, but internship experience preferred.
