UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our New York City team. The successful candidate will work in Accounting, Budgeting, and Procurement to ensure that data integrity is maintained across all systems. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:1. Document quality control system assurance procedures 2. Conduct daily accounting, budget, and procurement production system assurance report reviews for discrepancies or out of balance conditions3. Document a daily summary of production system new discrepancies as well as the resolution of previous found discrepancies 4. Analyze and investigate causes of new discrepancies 5. Assist in the testing of System Assurance processes and reports to ensure it meets specifications and identify defects that need to be resolved 6. Communicate issues and status of System Assurance activities to manager, including recommendations for resolution of issues or improvements in processes.
