Management experience, technical experience, interfacing with clients, articulate, and experience with writing of different documentations are important to this position.

Must demonstrate ability to handle doing presentations, dealing with clients, managing team of desktop staff, and have technical skills.

Writing skills are crucial. Must write performance reviews, reports for Board, directors, and others.

Hands on skills are required. This includes implementation, maintenance, and support of all client systems throughout the enterprise. The individual is also responsible for managing workflow, projects, timelines, and relationships with IT and non-IT departments/vendors.
Experience: Proven ability to build consensus, negotiate, motivate, and lead teams of IT professionals.
• Ability to make tangible productivity contributions through engineering, implementing, and operating of process and metrics initiatives.
• At least 8 years broad and in-depth enterprise-wide understanding of implementing and supporting information technologies, specifically with Intel, Microsoft technology (Windows NT/2000/2003/XP, Vista, Exchange 2000/2003).
• Experience in large 24x7 production IT operations.
• Technology based background with solid understanding of relevant technologies (MS Windows, Client/Server, LAN, WAN, Networking, Information Security, Monitoring Tools, Querying, and Reporting).
