Job Description
Senior Software Engineer at DoubleClick is responsible for developing web-based applications that meet the highest of quality and performance standards. As a member of a software development team, senior software engineer works closely with other software developers, data architect, ScrumMaster, development manager and product managers to build web-based products. She/he coordinates with QA and other development groups and helps mentoring junior staff as well.
Required experience
C##, ASP.NET2.0 and AJAX
Expert HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills
Object-oriented design and analysis and design pattern
Working experience in SQL, Oracle or any other major database systems.
Knowledge of common web technologies, such as HTTP, XML, DNS, etc.
5-7 years work experience with 3+ years in web software development
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science

Optional experience
Reporting and data warehouse applications (Cognos, MicroStrategy or Business
Objects) a big plus
Java, JSP, J2EE
Python
Large scale web application development
Full software lifecycle
Agile software development processes; in particular, Scrum
Collaboration with off-shore development teams
Test driven development
