Bachelor's degree with Major Field of Study: Computer Science or Equivalent work experience. Candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills combined with analytical and interpersonal skills. Ideal candidate would also have a successful history of applying structured project management methodologies on projects. The SAP/SD Managing Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of SAP/SD module deliverables on SAP/SD Mid-Market engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. The SAP/SD Managing Consultant assists clients and leads teams in the selection, implementation and support of SAP/SD solutions which include design, configuration, and testing. Consultant will provide functional and business process expertise and provide hands-on leadership and direction to the project team, consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees. The Managing Consultant participates in qualifying and pursuing client sales opportunities and may play a lead role in developing the solution, scope, estimates, and client proposals as well as may be heavily involved in business case development. Strong SAP/SD functional knowledge of SAP/SD; Ability to apply SAP/SD knowledge to resolve configuration and technical issues. 2 Full Lifecycle implementations in SAP/SD; Leadership of small teams on at least one project. Process definition, analysis, design and implementation; Test plan, scenario, and script development; Motivating teams to excel and transferring knowledge to client personnel; Medium to large client interaction and process consulting experience; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. As the majority of our work is performed at client sites, 100% travel will be required and candidates must live near major metropolitan airports.
