Our Client is looking for Mid level System Administrator. The position is for a Web Services company that is in the midst of expanding tremendously. The windows department is reorganizing and is looking to add more support to their current staff. The environment is all built on a Windows 2003 server forest, with several thousand workstations and several hundred servers including Exchange and Active Directory. The ideal candidate should posses experience with a high level of analytical, communicational, and troubleshooting skills.

Experience: <u>The following skills are required</u><br>
- Excellent working experience of Windows NT/2000/2003 server administration<br>
- Solid Experience with Exchange 2003 server, and migration work from 2000 to 2003<br>
- Experience with Lotus notes and Domino Server<br>
- Working with Mac desktop and Mac OS X Server <br>
- Good understanding of Exchange architecture a plus<br>
- Active Directory configuration<br>
- DNS server builds<br>
- DHCP, TCP/IP<br>
- Veritas software including NetBackup a plus<br>
- Knowledge of Blackberry Enterprise Server<br>
- MS office support including .pst backups and imaging, technical/enterprise highly preferred<br>

Certifications always plus: <br>
- MCP<br>
- MCSE<br>
