Experience: Design and develop the TSA Watch list update service using TIBCO, SOAP, and WebSphere. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (required): Must be US Citizen; Prefer Secret, but at minimum must be clearable to Secret; Middleware. PREFERRED SKILLS (nice to have): WebSphere MQ, TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO ESB, TIBCO Information Bus, SOAP, XML, J2EE PM, SOA Architecture.CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:Tibco U.S. citizenship Middleware
