Basic Function:Responsible for providing complex, highly specialized analytical reporting at department and division levels. Create communication materials for complex, highly visible initiatives as well as routine information flow.Responsibilities:Develop and produce ad hoc and automated departmental and divisional reports, dashboards and presentations to include, but not limited to projects, technology “road-map” initiatives, historical reporting and routine work metrics.Perform analysis and make recommendations to improve reporting designs to strengthen communications methods and improve information flow to encourage team and departmental creativity.Research and gather technology and industry information regarding tends and results. Provide complex analysis to support strategies and improvement of results. Make recommendations on findings to management.Participate in planning and implementation of new systems to support tracking of historical and current information for performance metrics and results.Supervise team members assigned via metrics management of initiatives.Provide consultation to areas that are new to performance tracking and reporting models.Minimum Qualifications:Three (3) years work experience in analytical, reporting and presentation-communication methods capacity.Strong presentation skills.Strong organizational skillsStrong communications skills.Strong Power Point skills.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Ideal Qualifications:MBA degree.Five (5) years work experience in analytical, reporting and presentation capacity.Proven ability for outstanding communications and presentation skills.Excellent organizational skills.Proven communication skills.
