Basic Function: As part of M&T’s Staff Augmentation Department, the Project Analyst IV is responsible to coordinate operational infrastructure implementation and maintenance with offshore vendors and internal M&T departments.Responsibilities:Create and maintain a scheduling model to assist Systems Managers with planning and allocating VDI sessions, appropriate software and offshore-onshore personnel.Document, implement and audit offshore governance of policy and regulatory requirements.Establish tracking, reporting, standards, and escalation processes for offshore operational requests/issues.Centralize receipt and maintenance of all offshore processes for team members and business partners.Develop high-level training for the new offshore processes for team members and business partners.Provide consultation to areas new to technology offshore model.Assists in addressing problems/issues. Analyzes information, determine feasible solutions and makes recommendations.May project manage small to medium scope efforts to increase offshore services.Maintains a thorough understanding of technology offshore industry changes and its strategic benefits.Minimum Qualifications:Three (3) years work experience in technology/systems or operations support.Strong organizational skills.Strong communication skills.Ideal Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred.Five (5) years work experience in technology/systems or operations support.Excellent organizational skills.Proven communication skills.
