Performs various administrative and helpdesk functions including: Workstation installation and support as well as troubleshooting and other IT functions as needed by the IT department

1. Applies superior skills in use of most PC software.
2. Capable of performing installation and setup of Operating Systems.
3. Capable of performing installation and setup of various and complex software programs.
4. Experienced at troubleshooting workstations at a second tier level.
5. Ability to be current with software and hardware trends.
6. Maintains IT related documents and files.
7. Maintains a professional and positive attitude towards coworkers.
8. Follow up on work orders to ensure user is satisfied with work.
9. Capable of performing maintenance, setup and troubleshooting on various printers and devices.
10. Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.
