Responsibilities to include:
Liaison between business sponsors and development staff
Produce and lead functional design specifications working with application architects, developers and business sponsors
Produce high quality documentation
Capable of understanding complex architectural designs
Capable of implementing policies and procedures for department
Understand financial messaging protocols such as FIX
7-10 years of Wall Street IT experience as well as some experience working on software development teams
