One of the leading telecom companies in the White Plains, NY area has an immediate need for a full time Tier II Operations Support.
The candidate is providing Tier II operational support for the Customer Service Maintenance & Technical Support, in the Local Access Provider (LAP) environment. The contractor is responsible for aggressively handling maintenance troubles as well as ensuring troubles follow all external trouble resolution and escalations processes. He/she must perform proactive LAP work list monitoring to ensure forward progress of tickets by Local Access Provider escalations. Additionally the candidate will perform a number of responsibilities required for improving the customer s satisfaction.
Required:
. Experience interfacing with customers
. Written/verbal skills
. Technical experience, TIRKS experience
