We are currently looking for a Customer Support representative to work for our publishing client. The responsibilities of this position include:
•Provide customer service and technical support via e-mail and phone for a variety of customer concerns, including how-to use software and technical questions.

Experience: 2+ years of call center experience in the field of customer service required.
•Position requires clear concise writing skills
•Understanding of settings and navigation in Internet Explorer, Firefox and other popular browsers.
• Firm Knowledge of the Internet and/or e-commerce systems.
• Professional phone skills
•Knowledge of Mac and Windows OS navigation.
•Basic understanding of Mac/Windows file system and Windows Registry
•Computer configuration and knowledge of firewall software and networking.
