Help Desk/support Specialist with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Experience: - Minimum two (2) years experience working with microcomputers and troubleshoot Local Area Network and connectivity to Citrix servers.- Minimum two (2) years of experience working with directory structures of Hard Disk Drives.- Minimum two (2) years experience working with Local Area Network system application software- Minimum two (2) years of experience working with system security and data back-up responsibilities- Minimum two (2) years of experience working with Window Server, WINS & DHCP
