The Position supports facility end users using the Windows operating system, troubleshoots and resolves internal information technology issues, business applications and technical components, including operating systems, computer networks, telecommunications, connection to the Internet, and PC/server maintenance. <br></p>

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES <br></p>

&#149; Provide support in a Windows XP, Office 2003 (full suite), Outlook, Siebel call tracking environment<br></p>
&#149; As a member of the Helpdesk Team, the Analyst will be responsible for 2000+ internal users and 50+ national facilities <br></p>
&#149; Utilizing a call tracking system to log Trouble Tickets and IT Service requests, follow-up, track and close tickets<br></p>
&#149; Provide after-hours on-call support on a rotation and/or project basis<br></p>
&#149; Installation and configuration of desktop PC, laptops, applications, components, peripherals, and phones
<br></p>&#149; Support corporate objectives and implement policies and procedures on behalf of Corporate Management
<br></p>&#149; Communicating effectively with an user orientation<br></p>
&#149; Position will require less than 10% travel<br></p>
&#149; Diagnosing and resolving hardware, applications and operating system issues
<br></p>&#149; Escalating and dispatching service as directed by standard procedures<br></p>

QUALIFICATIONS<br></p>

&#149; Candidates must have had prior telephone support experience along with hand-on PC-build and troubleshooting experience<br></p>
&#149; Wireless networking skills a plus<br></p>
&#149; Bachelor&#146;s Degree in Information Systems with an emphasis on Business (or vice versa) a major plus<br></p>
&#149; Candidates must be proficient working in a Windows environment including Windows XP
<br></p>&#149; Strong problem-solving and logical analysis skills, as well as strong technical background <br></p>
&#149; Experience supporting Siebel applications in a call center environment a major plus<br></p>
&#149; Other required skills include VPN support, network support, and familiarly with a Helpdesk Management Application, such as, TrackIt!, Remedy, or Altiris Helpdesk<br></p>
&#149; Customer service skills are equally important<br></p>
