A technical support company headquartered in Brooklyn, NY is seeking multiple candidates to help provide onsite support.
You would need to work out of the Brooklyn office and would be sent to different clients throughout the 5 burroughs.
Desktop Support Required Experience:
Windows XP
Office XP
TCP/IP
Break-fix
Password Resets
When a client calls and requires help with computer issues, you will be sent on location.
Experience: You must provide your own monthly metrocard for this assignment.
The position is a long-term contract. It is scheduled for 6 months plus, however will be on-going.
If you have Windows Networking experience, we may be able to go a bit higher on the rate.
