A client of ours, with international locations is searching for a candidate to fulfill the role of QA Testing Manager. <b>This position will be based in New York, NY.</b> In this role, you'll be responsible for providing expertise and leadership for the overall testing function for this client. Responsibilities include the testing team, methodologies and tools, test environments, resources, training and project management.

Experience: To qualify for consideration for this position, you must meet or exceed the following:<br><br>
<ul>
<li>A 4-year degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Physics, Math or other technically related field.
<li>15+ years experience with in-depth knowledge of the total computing environment.
<li>10+ years of QA testing & QA management experience.
<li>10+ years experience testing large, complex software systems.
<li>5+ years experience leading a testing organization or large test team.
<li>Fluency and experience with testing methodologies, tools and processes along with working knowledge of testing documentation standards.
<li>Experience with established automation solutions for regression testing, including tools, test data beds and processes.
<li>Strong understanding of the overall SDLC process and methodologies.
<li>Experience in, and knowledge of, securities processing, investment management.
<li>Experience with complex technical environments that include multiple applications, both distributed and mainframe.
<li>Experience designing, implementing and maintaining test environments.
<li>Having completed a software testing certification program is a must.
