Our client is a well established Financial company is looking for an experienced desktop support professional. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in order to determine how to solve any technical issues that arise whether independently or collaboratively. The ideal candidate should be able to have the patience to work with employees of all levels, including Senior Level Executive. This is a great opportunity to work with a prominent company and have the freedom to make independent decisions regarding the IT infrastructure. Experience working on a tradefloor is highly desired.

Experience: <b><u><font color= "#3399CC">Skill sets required: </font color= "#3399CC"></u></b><br><ul>
<li>3 years plus of Desktop Support experience required.<BR>
<li>Experience supporting financial and executive level end users. <br>
<li>Advanced knowledge and ability to troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
<li>Advanced knowledge of remote access/ VPN applications such as Citrix. <br>
<li>MS Office applications support including .pst backups, etc. <br>
<li>Experience supporting Lotus Notes and Domino Administration is a very strong plus.<br>
<li>Must have experience with group policy, user rights changes and configurations with Active Directory <br>
<li>Able to solve network connectivity problems, understand TCP/IP protocols, and be able to let higher levels of support know specific technical issues in detail.<BR>
<li>Creating ghost images and deploying new machines.<br>
<li>Great communication skills and strong work ethic. <br>
</ul>
<br>
<u>Certifications a plus: </u><br>
•A+, Net+, MCP<br>
•MCSE<br>
