Customer Service Opportunity in Melville, NY

Currently looking for a professional, well-spoken candidate for In-Bound Customer Service position in Melville, Long Island.

This position is primarily responsible for providing professional and efficient customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and programs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Good analytical skills and the ability to multitask are also required. Basic PC skills and data entry knowledge are necessary.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 12pm - 9pm. Please submit your resume for review if you are interested.
Experience: , , 1 year of prior customer service experience. Prior bankcard experience is a plus but not required. Bilingual is preferred.
