A large publishing company in Manhattan seeks an individual to come on board to handle 1st Tier Helpdesk Support and Inventory.

The job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Inventory Analyst/Helpdesk Support
*Help to man a mailbox receiving an average of 125 hits per day-internal Scholastic clients requiring assistance with VPN, passwords, IDs, printers, laptops, computer fixing, etc
*Respond to these emails, set up tickets, follow up with phone support when needed
*break/fix work
*Inventory: Take control of new computers coming in: Setup, label, keep track of computers coming in and going out, make sure others are handling this right
*Simple installs of software
Experience: 1-3 years experience in a helpdesk or desktop support environment
